Nero the Blaziken was on the lead with Aerial Ace and highly appealing Mirror Moves, but concerted jamming from the green lanturn the Lanturn and Tyrant the Tyranitar in the finale knocked it down. Tyrant's Ice and Fire Punch combos paid off. Oh and Magneton did cool stuff with Electric Terrain too I guess!!!

Heisenberg the Blaziken pretty much played solitaire as it and occasionally Bruno the Mr. Mime took advantage of Nervous Clause being off. Elixeress the Mismagius was luckier than Cleopatra the Liepard, as the former at least got a Heal Bell into a wild boosted Swagger, while the latter was pretty much out of the contest and spent 3 turns being nervous. Then the one time Cleopatra pulled off an Assist it got the lowest score lol.

A game deciding Close Combat in the 4th Round won it for Aamira the Lucario, messing up the crowd meter enough to hinder Sunny Days from Claire the Chandelure and Banned Members the Serperior. Johnbdm also learns that Giga Impact isn't the same thing as Explosion, bringing itself down to the bottom and dragging Xiuhtecuhtli the Blaziken which tripped over after a Flare Blitz.

HYPER. Heisenberg the Blaziken started off strong with a daring Overheat and followed up with combos. Nero the Blaziken stuck to Mirror Moving tactics but to no great effect, while Lord Gardevoir the Gardevoir kept Yummy Mummy the Cofagrigus's Power Splits at bay. Sheer appeal won it for Heisenberg at the end, thus earning what's possibly the first Hyper Rank ribbon in all of URPG history.
